After-Care Instructions – Lash Line

What to Expect

Days 1–2:

  • Your permanent makeup will appear brighter than expected initially.

  • You may experience slight redness and swelling.

Days 3–5:

  • Crusts or scabs will begin to form.

  • Peeling may occur during this period.

  • Important: Do not pick at or remove the crusts/scabs, as this can lead to infection and pigment loss.

Days 6–10:

  • Peeling should subside, and crusts/scabs should naturally fall off.

  • The pigmentation in the treated area may appear significantly lighter; this lightening is normal and part of the healing process.

Long-Term Healing

  • Younger Skin: The final color will begin to settle and become visible no earlier than 28 days post-procedure.

  • Mature Skin: Expect the true color to emerge between 50–60 days after the procedure.

  • Ultimately, the color will stabilize to be 40–50% lighter than what was initially visible, resulting in a softer, more natural appearance.

Aftercare

Day of the Procedure:

  • There is no special aftercare required for the eye area on the day of the procedure.

  • In the evening, rinse your eyes gently with warm water.

Following Days:

  • For the next 5 days, avoid using eye makeup and be gentle with the treated area.

General Precautions

  • Avoid steam, applying additional products, and activities that cause heavy sweating.

  • Do not scratch, scrub, or peel off any crusts or scabs.

  • From Day 5 onwards, you may resume your regular routine.

Lash Line Permanent Makeup Stages

  • Permanent makeup typically involves two key stages: the initial procedure and a follow-up touch-up.

  • For best results and longer-lasting effects, a touch-up session should be scheduled no earlier than one month after the initial procedure.

  • In some cases, more than one touch-up may be needed to achieve the desired outcome.
