Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

Cancelling/rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $20 cancellation fee for brow or lash maintenance services, and $50 for all PMU services.
A full prepayment will be required to re-book.

Guests who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients that day.

Please allocate plenty of time for travel and parking, as delays can create an unfortunate situation for everyone involved.

You can reschedule your appointment up to two times after booking. If an appointment is changed twice and then cancelled, you will be required to fully prepay to book a new appointment.

Important Information

• You must be 18+ years old (we follow the rules of the Ontario Health Department).
• Pets, guests, or kids are not allowed (the artist needs a calm environment to concentrate and achieve the best results).
• We will not carry out the procedure if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Access to the salon is available by reservation only.
• Permanent makeup procedures usually involve a touch-up within 1–2 months. Sometimes a third touch-up is needed (usually for dark lip neutralization).
• The cost of the touch-up for brows and lips is $250 (within 1–2 months).
• Touch-up for dark lip neutralization is $250 (within 1.5–3 months).
• Touch-up for lash line is $150 (within 1.5–3 months).
• Other prices for touch-ups and procedures can be found on our website.
• Our studio does not offer refunds. In the event of a no-show, initial deposits will not be refunded.
• Late arrival — please arrive on time.
• You may apply only one promotion or discount per visit. Multiple promotions cannot be combined.
• Permanent makeup results are not guaranteed. EK.BEBEAUTY has no control over what occurs during the healing process. Pigment implantation varies by individual, and results may differ from client to client.
• You will see the final result only after the touch-up. Touch-up is highly recommended.
• These policies apply to all visits, including touch-up appointments.
