By booking an appointment with EK.BEBEAUTY, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following booking, payment, cancellation, and no-show terms.

Applicable taxes are calculated based on the appointment location.
For selected appointment types, including certain consultations, EKBEBEAUTY may require a valid credit or debit card to be entered when booking even when no regular deposit is collected.
When your card is entered, your payment processor may place a small temporary pre-authorization, typically around CA$1, to verify that the card is valid.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take some time for the temporary authorization to disappear from your account.
Your card information is processed securely by our payment processor. EKBEBEAUTY does not store your full card number directly.
Where card-on-file authorization is required, your payment method may be securely saved for charges that are permitted under this booking policy, including an applicable late cancellation or no-show charge.
By completing the booking and providing your payment information, you authorize the payment processor to securely save the payment method and authorize EK.BEBEAUTY to charge an applicable cancellation or no-show fee where the conditions described below are met.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
With at least 48 hours’ notice:
If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, a new deposit may be required.
If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment:
An appointment is considered a no-show when a client does not attend the scheduled appointment and does not provide the required cancellation notice.
In the event of a no-show:
The temporary card verification authorization described above is separate from any no-show charge.
A temporary CA$1 verification does not represent the no-show fee and does not limit the amount of an applicable no-show charge.
Appointments booked within the normal cancellation window are considered short-notice bookings.
Because the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you:

Late arrivals may result in:
Arrivals of 20 minutes or more may be treated as a missed appointment depending on the service and schedule.
The full applicable service amount and/or booking policy may still apply.
Prices displayed during booking are subject to applicable taxes based on the location where the service is performed.
No separate card-processing surcharge is added by EKBEBEAUTY unless it is specifically disclosed before payment.
Any balance remaining after a deposit will be due according to the payment instructions for your appointment.
Completed services and booking deposits are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
Permanent makeup, brow, lash, removal, and other beauty-treatment results can vary based on factors including:
By booking a service, you acknowledge that individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Dissatisfaction with a subjective aesthetic result does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Gift certificates:
Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Expired certificates may, at EKBEBEAUTY’s discretion, be applied toward a service at the current service price.
Booking with a gift certificate does not automatically waive booking, cancellation, card-authorization, or no-show requirements.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in an applicable amount being deducted from the certificate or another authorized payment method.
Promotional certificates may have additional restrictions and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
